Podiatry operating unit

Quasar is the podiatry unit of the Stern Podia products’ range with the minimum overall dimensions.
Small but effective Quasar guarantees the maximum mobility and is easily adjustable.

Quasar podiatry unit technical characteristics:
- structure made of steel treated against oxidation
- ABS-PMMA casings
- Italian and Swiss electronic boards
- possibility of adjusting the intensity of water and air
- safety system that excludes the simultaneous spray/suction function
- Hydro Stop: air flux automatically activated any time the micromotor stops working to avoid cross contaminations

Quasar is available in 2 different models:

Quasar

Control panel with LED indicators, which allows to increase/decrease the speed of rotation of the micromotor, activate the spray function, reverse the direction of rotation of the micromotor (with audible signal) and activate an additional input.




Quasar W – podiatry unit 2024- detail

Quasar W

Control panel with LCD, which allows to increase/decrease the speed of rotation of the micromotor, activate the spray function (in continuous or intermittent mode), reverse the direction of rotation of the micromotor (with audible signal) and activate an additional input.
Quasar W also allows wireless the movement of the combined Stern Podia podiatry chair.

The new Quasar and Quasar W models are prearranged for lamp installation.

Instruments with suspended hoses and possibility of customizing the instrument tablet according to your operational needs

Structure mounted on wheels for easy movement

 

 

The matchable AS multifunctional pedal  allows the progressive increase of the speed of the micromotor up to the pre-set maximum speed.

The multifunction pedal is equipped with a Chip Blower function that allows an air flow to exit from the instruments by direct pressure on the pedal lever.
